NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019-CA-007977-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, CELINK, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BASILIO PEFTOULOGLOU AKA BASILIOS PEFTOULOGLOU ASLANIDOU, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of June, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK P, ROBINSWOOD, SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
