NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 23, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 23004387CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-RTL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2023-RTL1, Plaintiff and 840 CONREID LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; LUIS AMIL A/K/A LUIS MICHAEL AMIL, an Individual; PALM PROPERTIES ENTERPRISES INC. D/B/A BIG C ROOFING are Defendant(s), Roger D.
