NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA002776AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL INC., Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN A. HOLBROOK, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 5th day of June, 2024, the following described property:
LOT 9 OF VARNS SUBDIVISION, IN THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
