NOTICE OF REPEALING ORDINANCE 06-052 28th AVENUE EAST, 6TH STREET EAST, 6TH STREET COURT EASTAND 7TH STREET EAST STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNIT (MSBU)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 125.66, FLORIDA STATUTES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 125.66, Florida Statutes, that the Board of County Commissioners of Manatee County, Florida, will consider, on the 11th day of June, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter in the Commission Chambers on the First Floor of the Manatee County Government Administrative Center, located at 1112 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, to consider, act upon, adopt, or reject the following ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, REGARDING MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNITS; REPEALING IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE NO. 06-052 CODIFIED AS ARTICLE IV. - 28th AVENUE EAST, 6TH STREET EAST, 6TH STREET COURT EASTAND 7TH STREET EAST STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT UNIT (MSBU) OF CHAPTER 2-23 CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Copies of the proposed Ordinance 24-59 may be inspected by the public during normal business hours at the office of the Public Works Department, Infrastructure Planning Division, 1022 26th Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida, 34208.
According to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter to be considered at the meeting or hearing, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record would include any testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
