NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 11-2023-CA-003294-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, SACHEM CAPITAL CORP., Plaintiff, and, JOHNNY ZEVALLOS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on June 13, 2024 at 11:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 3, BLOCK B, SPERLING`S SUBDIVISION UNIT NUMBER ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
