NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment for Partition dated April 23, 2024, and entered in case number 2024-CA-002932 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Trustbiz LLC., a Florida Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Flat Air Inc., a Florida Corporation is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 30, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment for Partition, to wit:
LOT 32, Block 1 of Wyndgate Subdivision, as per plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 6 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 16222 Swenson Ter, Lutz, FL. 33549 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
