NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Judgment and Emergency Motion Handling Order entered in Civil Case No. 23-CA-016868 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein MARK ENOCH and DEBRA ENOCH, Plaintiff and DAVID M. FELIPE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID M. FELIPE; OAK BRIDGE RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A DENISE AYALA, are Defendant. I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 28, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 54, Building No. 12, OAK BRIDGE RUN, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3552, Page 1426, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 41, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
