NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE FOR THE PANTHER TRACE II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Panther Trace II Community Development District that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) will hold its May public meeting on May 20th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Panther Trace II Clubhouse, 11518 Newgate Crest Drive, Riverview, FL 33569.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions or the Florida Statutes for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued without additional notice to a date and time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.
A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, located at Vesta District Services, 205 International Parkway, Suite 208, Lake Mary, FL 32746, Ph: (321) 263-0132 during normal business hours or on the Panther Trace II Community Development District's website: www.panthertracecdd2.net seven days in advance of the meeting.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at 1-321-268-0132. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1 for aid in contacting the District Office.
A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
