NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 13, 2023 in Civil Case No. 22CA000720 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Gary P St Louis, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of June, 2024 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the South 1/2 of Lot 2 of KAUNE`S SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 21, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, run North 00°26` 42” East along the East line of said Lot for 210 feet to the point of beginning of the herein described parcel. From said Point of Beginning, run North 89°08`20” West parallel with and 210 feet North from the South line of said Lot for 100.93 feet; thence run North 00°32`46” East parallel with the west line for said Lot 2 for 130 feet; thence run South 89°08`20” East parallel with the South line of said Lot for 100.69 feet to an intersection with East line of said Lot 2; thence run South 00°26`42” West along said East line for 130 feet to the Point of Beginning. Bearings hereinabove mentioned are from assuming the South 1/2 of the West line of said Section 10 to bear North 00°44`50” East, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
