NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2024, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on May 29, 2024, the following described property:
Apartment Number 302-A of SUNSET TOWERS APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 359, Page 301, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
