IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR LEE COUNTY FLORIDA

TO THE UNKNOWN MEMBERS OF THE LAST BOARD OF THE FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA (an unincorporated entity)
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for declaratory judgment concerning the following property in Lee County, Florida:
All of the property described as Lots 3 to 8, both inclusive, together with the area constituting a 10 foot easement lying between Lot 6 on one side and Lots 7 and 8 on the other side, and running along the Westerly end of said Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, all in Block 2, of that certain subdivision known as King's Place, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, Lee County, Florida Public Records, which plat was vacated by Resolution of the County Commissioners on May 9, 1945, recorded in County Commissioners' Minute Book 10, at Page 44; EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of Lot 3 of said Block 2 of said King's Place lying within the Northwesterly and Southeasterly lines of Wright Street extended or projected in straight parallel lines in a Southwesterly direction across said Block 2 of said King's Place.
LESS and EXCEPT: Begin at the Westerly intersection of McGregor Boulevard and First Street extension (formerly King's Place) also being the easterly corner of Lot 7, Block 2, King's Place, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, Lee County Records (now vacated); thence northwesterly along the southwesterly side of First Street extension a distance of 345 feet to Point of Beginning; thence southwesterly parallel with the northwesterly line of McGregor Boulevard 175.04 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly line of said vacated King's Place; thence northwesterly parallel with the southwesterly side of First Street extension a distance of 10 feet; thence northeasterly parallel with McGregor Boulevard a distance of 175.04 feet to the southwesterly right of way line of First Street extension; thence southeasterly along said First Street extension 10 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Gordon R. Duncan, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1601 Jackson St. #101, Ft. Myers, FL 33901, on or before June 17, 2024, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
