Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 2nd day of May, 2024, and entered in case No. 15-CC-003593 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE VILLAGES AT BUCKINGHAM, INC. is the Plaintiff and EUGENE T. WEISENSEE, JR. as Personal Representative and Heir of the Estate of Eugene T. Weisensee aka Eugene Thomas Weisensee, Sr., KAREN LEE WHITAKER, as an Heir of the Estate of Eugene T. Weisensee aka Eugene Thomas Weisensee, Sr., JOHN P. WEISENSEE as an Heir of the Estate of Eugene T. Weisensee aka Eugene Thomas Weisensee, Sr., MONIQUE HECKLER as an Heir of the Estate of Ruth E. Mitchell-Bailey, ERICH HECKLER as an Heir of the Estate of Ruth E. Mitchell-Bailey, INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY, and THE UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT n/k/a DIANA YARTZ are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on AUGUST 1, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, THE RESERVE AT BUCKINGHAM, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 83 and 84, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
