Woolsey; Tommie L. Guinn; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 13th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11 AND LOT 12, BLOCK 18, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 34 AND IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
