NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure signed on April 24, 2024 and filed in Civil Case Number 24-000671-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein AMERICAN PRIVATE LENDING FUND I LLC is the Plaintiff and SNJ MANAGEMENT, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company; MARIE C. JOSEPH, Individually as Guarantor; RYCAL CONSTRUCTION, LLC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell the subject property to the highest bidder for cash at public sale on May 30, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
