NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-008449-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee of CSMC 2020-RPL3 Trust , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, though, under, or against Regina McGillivray aka Regina A. McGillivray aka Regina Ann McGillivray, deceased, Jeffrey Scott McGillivray, LVNV Funding LLC, Trusted Capital Homes LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, LESS THE SOUTH 10 FEET FOR STREET PURPOSES, OF MEANS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
