NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-008833-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT ONE ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and TODD KOTSIFAS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TODD KOTSIFAS NKA ANGELICA KOTSIFAS and MAINLANDS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
[ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 30, The Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf - Unit One B, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records 2965, Page 89, as thereafter amended, and as Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 48, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
