Sydney Celeste Buckingham, as guardian of the person of Dillon James Buckingham (the Ward), gives notice that the Guardianship of the Ward is being terminated and has been transferred to Jackson County, State of Tennessee as established by the Court's order attached hereto. The Ward's residence changed to the State of Tennessee, Jackson County. The name and address of the foreign guardian and the guardian's attorney are as follows:

The first date of publication of this Notice of Discharge of Guardian of the Property of the Ward Due to Termination of Florida Guardianship and Transferred to Jackson County, Tennessee is May 10, 2024.
The Petition for Distribution of Assets and Discharge of Guardian was filed within this matter on or about March 14, 2024 based upon the grounds that the domicile of the Ward has changed to the foreign jurisdiction of the State of Tennessee, Jackson County and within this document the Guardian has applied for Discharge; anyone having objection shall file a response to this notice in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based; that objection to final report or the petition for Distribution of Assets of Guardian shall be filed within the later of thirty (30) days from the service of the petition or the date of first publication of this notice and that within ninety (90) days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served or the objection is abandoned.
Notice is given that, in accordance with Section 744.524, Florida Guardianship Law, and Fla.Prob.R. 5.670, the guardian now discharged as guardian of the property without further proceedings.
