NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, BAYPOINTE PRESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, Inc.. (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 1st day of May 2024, the Clerk of Court for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 30, 2024 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Unit 4105, Building 400, of Baypointe Preserve, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15132, Page(s) 736, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 11901 4TH Street North, Unit 4105, St. Petersburg, Florida 33716 ,(the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
