NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 23, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 19-007900-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2CB, Plaintiff and PAUL HAZEL; MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC; WFG NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY; MARGUERITE ELIZABETH CUPPLES F/K/A ELIZABETH LOW; DAVID V. LOW are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on June 12, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
