NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 29th day of April 2024, in Case No.: 2021-CA-000855-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MEB LOAN TRUST IV, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and ASSET TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC AS TRUSTEE OF THE WESTERLY HARGITAI LAND TRUST #4851; WILLIAM C. HARGITAI; GINA HARGITAI; SUMMER LAKES TRACT 9 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3 AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of June 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
