T he action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco, Florida; Case No. 51-2024-CA-000019AAXWS; and is styled ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS, LLC F/K/A QUICKEN LOANS INC. v. CHRISTINA MARY LATIMER, UNKNOW N SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA MARY LATIMER, CITRUS CONTRACTING LLC, DISCOVER BANK, PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, SOUTHERN OAKS OF PASCO HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Brandi Wilson, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 255 S. Orange Ave., Ste. 900 Orlando, FL 32801-3454, on or before 6/17/24, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on 6/17/24 a or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
