YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
LOT 7, BLOCK G, TAFT PROSPER COLONY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK E, PAGES 4 AND 5, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
