NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2024, and entered in Case No. 48-2023-CA-012826-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Omar Haque, Richfield Homeowners Association, Inc., Marshall Haque, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Jose Aguirre, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Monica Gutierrez , are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the June 28, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36, RICHFIELD, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 102, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
