NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 48-2019-CA-003416-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jean D. Etienne, deceased, Kenia Etienne, Batsheba Etienne, Diana Etienne, Dodly Etienne, Geradine Etienne, Herly Gaston, Janice Lefranc, Jean D. Etienne, Jr., Nadaly Etienne, Orange County, Florida, Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the July 9, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
