NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2024, and entered in Case No. 41-2020-CA-001195 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Cassandra Nicole Anderson a/k/a Cassandra N. Anderson, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Kristina Kauram, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the June 18, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 17 FEET OF LOT 19 AND ALL OF LOT 20, CRAIG SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
