NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 19, 2024 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, in the Customer Service Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of June, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD, IF ANY, AND TAXES FOR 2005 AND SUBSEQUENT YEARS.
