NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 8, 2024 entered in Civil Case No. 2023- CA- 2541 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4108, NAPLES WINTERPARK VII, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium for Naples Winterpark VII, recorded in Official Records Book 1421, Pages 431 through 505, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 4180 Looking Glass Lane #8, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
