NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2024, entered in Case No. 23-CA-795 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the clerk, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of June, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE NORTH HALF OF TRACT 1 IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, OF KEYSTONE PARK COLONY, LESS THE EAST 18 FEET THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS AFORESAID. LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4170, PAGE 1943, AS CORRECTED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4242, PAGE 1465, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED BY DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4170, PAGE 1944 AND CORRECTED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4203, PAGE 603, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
