Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 14th day of May, 2024 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SEVEN LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL TROHA, as an Heir of John Mark Troha, Deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTIVE(S), BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JOHN MARK TROHA, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MARK TROHA DECEASED, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on JUNE 13, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Family Unit Number 319, and the undivided shares in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Terms and other provisions, of the Declaration of Condominium of SEVEN LAKES BUILDING NUMBER 4, a Condominium, with the schedules annexed thereto, as recorded in Official Records Book 770, pages 348 through 386, as amended in Official Records Book 772, Page 502, Official Records Book 1616, Page 1286, Official Records Book 1239, Page 2322 and Official Record Book 1712, Page 3999, and as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
