NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered May 10th, 2024, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit K-2, TOWN APARTMENTS, INC., NO. 3, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2194, Page 278, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on June 27, 2024.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
