NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered May 13th, 2024, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment 306, Caravel I, Capri Isle Condominium Apartments, Unit Number One, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 60 and 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded March 18, 1971, in Official Records Book 3505, Pages 790 through 821, together with such additions and amendment to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part hereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on June 12, 2024.
