NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2024, and entered in 21-004413-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE EQUITY CONVERSION ASSET TRUST 2010-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE ANTONIO CURTISS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN A. ANTONIO, DECEASED; JENNIFER L.
