NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2024, and entered in 21-004413-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS CO-TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE EQUITY CONVERSION ASSET TRUST 2010-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE ANTONIO CURTISS, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN A. ANTONIO, DECEASED; JENNIFER L. THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE EAST 245.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 120.00 FEET, FARM NUMBER 4, IN SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS FARMS AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS ONCE A PART.
