NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Florida, on the 10th day of July A.D., 2023, in the cause wherein, Richard Anthony Bazinet, was plaintiff(s) and Edge Performance, Inc. and Lonny R Dubay, was defendant(s), being Case No 2009-CA-006241 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Lonny R Dubay a/k/a Lonny Ray Dubay, and subject to a judgment lien, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
