NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2024 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2023-CC-007563 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANDREAS HEINRICH WALDTHAUSEN LOPEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREAS HEINRICH WALDTHAUSEN LOPEZ, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 11-A OF HILL CREST VILLAS CONDOMINIUM PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4755, PAGE 480, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on July 1, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
