NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in the above styled case now pending in said court, that the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 13th day of June 2024, by electronic sale to the highest bidder for cash, at 11:00 A.M. EST at www.volusia.realforeclose.com. in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
Lot 5, Block 779, Deltona Lakes Unit Thirty-Two, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Map Book 27, Page 101 through 118, inclusive, of the Public Records of Volusia County, Florida.

This Notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer. The second publication shall be at least 5 days before the sale.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
