NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated May 8, 2024, and entered in Case Number: 2023-CA-004759, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND FAIRWAYS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE AND UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LORRAINE E. LAPORTE, individually; and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 12th day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and
