NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 29, 2024, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-000082, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCAF ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN J. DEYO, STEVEN ROBERT DEYO, GREGORY JOHN DEYO A/K/A GREG DEYO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN ROBERT DEYO, TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC., FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
