Book 1038, Pages 3951 through 3984, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 13, Pages 181, 182 and 183, and amended plats thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Pages 137, 138 and 139 and in Condominium Book 28, Pages 16, 17 and 18, all of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
With a street address of 3208 Vivienda Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34207.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, VIVIENDA AT BRADENTON II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER MANATEE EDITION.
