NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 08, 2024, issued in and for Manatee County, Florida, in Case No. 2020CA002873, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF LB-TIKI SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff, and LAUREL M. MIHM, WILLIAM MIHM and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 12, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 11:00 AM, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
