NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 3, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 000408 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-BC2, is the Plaintiff and Jesus H. Chavez aka Jesus Chavez, Sanjuanita Chavez, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the June 21, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
