LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ZYRA ZAYAS; FIGURE LINE OF CREDIT TRUST 2020-1; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24TH day of JUNE, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
