NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Judgment of Construction Lien Foreclosure, entered March 11, 2024, in Case No. 23-CA-014059, Hillsborough County Circuit Court, wherein HD Roofing and Construction, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Badertscher and Jennifer Badertscher are the Defendants, Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on July 1, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Construction Lien Foreclosure:
Parcel ID Number: 088329-4602, also described in that Notice of Commencement recorded as Instrument Number 2022559868, Hillsborough County Public Records.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim pursuant to ยง45.031 Fla. Statutes.
