NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on May 16, 2024, and the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on, January 23, 2024, in Case No. 23-CA-013918 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA FINANCIAL GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and JOHN ROBERT CRUMB and SARAH NICOLE CRUMB are Defendants, the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of July, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 6, KINGS FOREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
