NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2024, and entered in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on June 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property:

Pursuant to Florida Statute ยง45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least five days prior to the sale.
