REGIONS BANK; THE CITY
OF TAMPA, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA MARONDA HOMES, LLC. OF FLORIDA, a Florida limited liability company, and SARA S. HAYDON and ROGERS K.
HAYDON, JR. as co- trustees of the Sara S. Haydon Family Trust dated October 1, 2008,
defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment dated the 14th day of May 2024, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-005257 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida., I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
PROPERTY: SYMMES GROVE SUBDIVISION TRACT J-OPEN, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, page 67, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The judicial sale will be conducted electronically on line at the following website: http://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of June, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
