Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 15th day of May, 2024 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No. 22-CC-6121, wherein BALLYNAHINCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE(S) OF THE SEGUIN FAMILY TRUST, THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SEGUIN FAMILY TRUST, RON SEGUIN, BARBARA SEGUIN, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE-NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DIVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on JUNE 13, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit Number 203 of Building A, of Ballynahinch Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1870 at Page 980, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/28th interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration of Condominium appurtenant thereto, as amended
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
