Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2023, and entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOT 82, BLOCK 5593, UNIT 84, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 30 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ADDRESS: 1325 NE 35TH STREET, CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA 33909
at public sale, to the highest and best bigger for cash, in an online sale at: www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 6, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
