NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-010600 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein AVAIL 1 LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER JANE B. HENDERSON (DECEASED) OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF JANE B. HENDERSON; PATRICIA ROBERTS; CATHY JORDAN LOUVIERE; CITY OF FT. MYERS; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN; UNKNOWN TENANT, IF ANY, are Defendants, KEVIN C.
