NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 16, 2024, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-001594, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 COTTAGE-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SORANN PRAK, CHANTHOU SOUK, THA PRAK, CHANTHINA ONG A/K/A CHANTINA ONG, CHANTHEA PRAK, ALENA PRAK and CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 19, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
