NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 17, 2024, in Civil Case No. 23-009245-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff and Kyle Pearson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of July, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 314, Building 1, of Belleair Forest, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5018, Page(s) 1660 and 1712, inclusive, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with Exclusive Use of Parking Space Number 46.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
